Cam played for years without OL and weapons. Quit coddling Young.

Cams oline ranked right in the middle his whole career combined he also had two, 2k receivers and two, 2k HBs at one point.

The oline is the worst in the league and no one even close to an Olsen or Williams on the offense.

Could’ve done more for Cam, mainly in the coaching department, but Young’s oline is literally about to set a top sack record in the HISTORY of the entire NFL…saying Young doesn’t have it worse shows your dumbass bias.

Some in the Panthers organization, per a league source, have been texting Johnson about how complicated it has been to work in Carolina this season. Johnson

This is some Karma mushroom stamping Tepper straight on the forehead.

At one point Cam had the likes of Byron Bell and Nate Chandler at crucial ends of the line and still moved the ball. Also if I'm not mistaken through those best years the only RB to reach 1k yards rushing was Stewart and that was one season. Cam often times was the offense.

As far as our current line and the number of sacks please take the time to actually look up some information. The Giants are on pace to probably set some kind of record with 69 sacks given up. And they recently had a UDFA QB start and win a game for them. The Commanders are behind them with 55 sacks given up. The Jets have 47. We have 43. That's the correct information. You're welcome.

The most pro ready of the QB class needs perfect circumstances to be even serviceable as a starter and we've got people within the building texting Ben Johnson like "run.." lol.

This is an embarrassment.

More exaggeration. Doesn't need to be league best. No where has anyone said something that stupid. He needs better than the worst collection of oline/rb/te/wr talent in the league. Period.

Sam Howell has been sacked 15 more times than Bryce has.

Could easily have been McCown...

Oh, I think it's pretty obvious the coaches that wanted him benched. The three that are gone.

I could easily see Duce saying "Hey, my RBs can't find any room to run because the entire D is up on the line because your QB can't effectively throw more than about 15 yards!"

    • no doubt but flip that.   The current system insures that there are "regional" games in the early weeks. maximizing the reach of playoff football.  If all of the WC weekend for a conference took place on the west coast they are reducing the "reach" of their hype machine.
    • Hard to say with London--he never ran--combine or pro day.  Here is what AI says, and it is always 100% accurate: Drake London's 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine was not recorded because he was dealing with a fractured ankle at the time. While he didn't participate in the 40 at the Combine or his pro day, his coach said his 40 time was estimated to be between 4.4 and 4.53 seconds. Some sources also list his 40 time at 4.58 and 4.6 seconds Unless you are running 9s all day, top end 40 speed is rarely reached.  I have always looked at the 3-cone drill.  At his pro day, TMac ran a 6.86--pretty good, actually.  For context, it is faster that Rome Odunze (6.88) who ran a 4.45 40.  Odunze is 6'3" and weighs 216, fwiw, and is considered a very good route runner with no wasted motion.  Mike Evans 3-cone was 7.08.  To put it in a broader context, through 2022, with all NFL prospect 3-cone drills combined, a 6.86 puts TMac in the.89th percentile-  Now consider the fact that he is 6'4" and 220.   We might have something here.  '
