McDermott reportedly wasn't the biggest fan of Cam

I love Cam, the energy he brought to the team. But Cam only had 3 winning seasons in 11 years. We ran a vanilla offense for most of his time with us. He was never part of a top 10 offense bc he was limited as a QB, He was never a pin point accurate QB who could execute precision timing routes from a pocket. We leaned on our run game, and simple reads. He also wasn’t a player who would stick around after hours and grind tape, he had a life outside of football. Josh Allen never leaves the facility and runs Erhardt-Perkins, the most complex offense in the league, Same offense Brady and Manning ran. Cam would not be effective in that offense. This is coming from someone who has paid for his family to meet Cam before. Just very different QBs.

THIS IS BS LMMFAO

False Cam has accomplished more. JOSH is leading the league in turnovers. Josh will never see a super bowl.

I made a style of play comparison.  Nothing false about that.

Allen is also leading the NFL is scoring.  If he doesn't see a Super Bowl, it won't be because the Bills have a QB issue that held them back.   This would have been a PERFECT year for any of those recent teams the Bills have fielded to sleepwalk into the Super Bowl....but they can't because McDermott has that D in the shitcan.  Which is why articles like this have suddenly appeared.  Because they see how McD just blew it.

Didn’t Rhule say cam was first in last out when he came back, I think Belicheck has said similar things as well.

If talent isn't as effective it's irrelevant, they have neck and neck rushing stats throughout including TDs...

You are basically saying Cam was a flashier runner albeit not more effective.... which is rather irrelevant..

Allen has had three seasons in a row now were he put up more TDs and yards  than Cams best

Look at the talent Allen has had around him his career vs Cam's. Opens things up quite a bit for him to run more and have better passing stats. Allen isn't better than Cam was at any aspect of the QB position.

Keep telling yourself that only delusional panthers fans would believe it..

Don’t know if this was mentioned but apparently this is a hit piece by Buffalo media to get Sean fired. (Don’t know if valid of not)

McD at least confirmed yesterday he did use hijacked planes on 9/11 to help get his team to see "teamwork".

    • It's amazing how much yall can say the same things over and over and not annoy yourselves with it.
    • If you only look at measurables, Mingo and Legette might seem similar.  But when you actually look at them and watch them play, they aren't close to the same.   And this is coming from someone who is skeptical about Legette, although ultimately I believe he will work out.  I've just always disagreed with the comparisons to Mingo.   Mingo tests better than he plays/runs, whereas Legette plays/runs as well as he tests.
    • As bad as things were with the Panthers last year, we still had 4 other games outside of the 2 we won that we came very close to winning.  Could throw the Falcons game in there too, it was tied going into the 4th. I'm not really sure what to expect this year.  I don't think we'll make the playoffs.  However, we play in a very weak division where no team has a standout QB.  On paper, our OL should be good, and could be great if Ikem improves.  That alone could help mask a lot of problems on offense.  Should allow us to run the ball better.  Even if Bryce doesn't improve, the OL should at the very least give him more time to make the easy throws underneath and let a guy like Legette work his magic after the catch. And I think this defense in a 2nd year with Evero should, at the very least, be in the top 16.  I'm expecting our run defense to be as good as it has been in years. I think this team could push for 7-8 wins.  But it could also finish with 2 wins again.  That is just how the league works.  Jets offense was miserable last year, and yet they still won 7 games.   We won't really get a good feel of it until after the preseason, and even then, who knows.
