Whoever next coach is I hope they have guts to bench BY

I cant imagine how toxic this locker room must be knowing that the QB who gives the team the best chance of winning every week doesn't play. BY is atrocious right now. The defense has to feel entirely deflated every week seeing this garbage unfold.

It will depend on why the coach gets hired. If a dude shows up like Mike McDaniel did with a 500 play presentation on how to get the most out of BY and then benches him after week 2, it won't look great.

if you're bringing in someone who has to "fix" young you're gonna get like Bill Callahan....maybe

Yea my biggest worry is BY is gonna be shoved down a job candidates throat. Like forced as the franchise qb. That should be treated like the huge question mark it is.

I wouldn’t take the job if Tepper  told me that BY had to go into the season as starter. I’d Id insist that he had to earn the job in the  preseason to start in 2024. If Dalton, another FA, or a lower drafted QB played the best ball so be it.

We're getting a lame duck HC because everyone knows Tepper is going to force whatever HC that comes in here to use Bryce and they dont have a 1st rounder to get their own QB. Its a shitty situation that wont even start to be resolved until 2025, maybe.

I'd venture to guess it's about the same number of times Bryce said "um" in postgame press conferences.

DJ Chark obviously has incentives in his contract he knows he’s not hitting.
