Tepper being “incredibly accountable” behind the scenes

This could be pure propaganda but man some of yall are just acting miserable by jumping to conclusions and acting like this is bullshit and not true or whatever.

Could it be bullshit? Sure! But it’s way more fun to believe that maybe he is taking a long look in the mirror and will start changing his approach. I could rant for days about Tepper, but he is still one of the newest owners in the NFL. Perhaps the learning curve has been steeper for him than he anticipated but he’s determined to get it right.

Am I saying this is the case? Not at all but it’s nice to have some hope!

Sorry, my well of hope ran dry with this last off-season. Didn't have much in it anyways, but i went in all the way.

Until I see results, all I can see is the same poo we've always seen.

I'm not buying any more hype or hope without results (wins) first.

The hornets and panthers did the exact

same thing on their last coaching search. They lost out on who they wanted then panicked and hired someone safe.

if tepper throws the bag at his first choice and doesn’t have to settle for his second, maybe it worked this time. Or maybe he hires matt Rhule again. If it was easy so many people wouldn’t fail at it.

the blueprint he wants seems clear and based on learning from past mistakes. Offensive minded with nfl experience.

There's a massive difference between recognizing and even saying you're taking responsibility for something and actually changing the fuging behavior that caused the problem in the first place. Doesn't really matter who Tepper blames if he doesn't change the behavior that caused this shitshow in the first place...

    • I dont think people realize how hard it is to find a consistent starting QB in the NFL. Byrce will not heart us to a SB but I do think he can manage to get us one or close..go all in on defense and change the Offensive passing game and play calls. I really think our biggest problem is our HC.  Take New Orleans QB for example, switch him and Bryce and I promise you it'll look similar or worse. New Orleans OC is levels ahead of Canales. And as far as the draft goes, in this division with as much rb talent as we face ..the answer...this guy:    Pick up a couple edge rushers in FA along with a corner and plug this guy in Rozeboom's spot. Defense solved. But only if we get a top tier rusher on that dline....jus saying
    • I think I'm going to the game in Los Angeles vs Paraguay, and the England / Croatia game here in Dallas since my mom is British.  For decent seats anywhere in the building(s) it looks like it will be upwards of $7k for the two games.  Insane. Just for perspective, you could buy field level EPL tickets for any one of the top sides in the league, and it would be 10% of the price you'll pay for crappy seats at the World Cup.
    • Meh… I knew this thread would turn into a Bryce/Tua comparison, when they couldn’t be further apart situations.   Dolphins catered there whole offense toward Tua, they brought in a coach that would run a Tua friendly offense, the went in got the best most explosive WR in the NFL and paired him the fastest WR in that years draft. Panthers have done the opposite, they went and got a Pete Carroll disciple who likes to run the ball under center, they drafted big slow WR who got little separation in college. Literally the polar opposite of Bryce’s scouting report coming out of Alabama.   Tua was a decent QB 2 years ago, but the concussions, lack of movement have caught up to him. He never had a great arm to begin with but now since he doesn’t want to get hit he’s taking the whole offense down with him.
