Did the wide receivers magically get good?

Or were they never the problem to begin? They werent. Its been the play calling and Bryce's decision making. Kudos to the best offensive game all year and the only game worth watching. Then the defense decided to not show up. We got hosed. We should keep this staff for one more year.

Honestly since that drive at the end of the game last week and continuing in to this week it seems like the game is finally starting to slow down a bit for Bryce.   He has seemed much more in control for the most part.

First quarter was rough but the second half was a different animal. Best offense they're played all year and Bryce made some throws for sure.

GB's secondary is the worst I've seen this season by far. If we had thrown more and ran less we would have easily won. Hell if we had about 30 more seconds at the end we would have scored a TD through the air. We were held back by Brown not realizing we could pass at will. GB couldn't even cover tremble, who is as slow as any TE in the NFL. Everyone was open and we were trying to run it. But Panthers are going to Panther. New coaching coming.

Fair or not at the end of the day the offense goes as the QB goes. Bryce was dialed in and that translated to rest of the offense.

As bad as people are saying GB's defense is. The Bucs are somehow worse. No reason we can't replicate this performance next week. Against Baker Mayfield too? Cmon...

    • Completely agreed.  TBH, we have had so many great players that are in my favorite list, and I hate to narrow it down to one, but Cam is it.  Which is crazy, because you would think it would be more of the guys I grew up watching, but no.  Cam was the single most impactful player to ever out on a football uniform imo.  And like I said in an earlier post, I always felt a kinship with him in a lot of ways…  the way he was treated and judged for the off the field stuff in Florida and having to overcome all of that and fight show at back.  And although I am not a black man, I have always been welcomed by and accepted more by minorities, and thus, I know what it’s like to be judged by appearances rather than the content of your character and who you actually are.  I know what it’s like to be stereotyped and written off or mistreated for your mistakes.  I know what it’s like to be held to a different standard while your peers don’t have to meet that same standard.  So I always related to that.  And the way he came in and just electrified the whole franchise, man…  I still think about it often how much it sucks that because of how talented he was, our staff out so much on him and that ultimately cut his career short.  You’re right, there will never be another Cam…  I think Josh Allen is the closest thing we will see for a long time, but Allen is not the running threat Cam was.  Cam could run you over or around you.  That was THE absolute funnest time to watch our team ever.
    • It definitely needs more specificity than is baked in now.
    • The weirdest encounter I had with a pro athlete was waiting in line at security at Mile High Stadium when I used to get the company suite tickets almost every week because I was the only employee based in Colorado. There's a small checkpoint accessing the suites that virtually no one knows about that you can usually squirt right through. I was standing there and looked over my shoulder and there stands John fuging Elway waiting in line behind me.  This was during the The Golden Calf of Bristol season right before he became GM. I just said "They make YOU go through security?" He's like "Yeah, ain't that a bitch. I literally have a statue out front and I gotta go through security like everybody else." I've heard mixed things about him but he was super nice and down to earth with me that day.
