Yep. 

Good NFL qb's should at least be competent and effective enough to make defenses pay when blitzed and be able to step away and feel pressure to make throws. I think the average time to throw in the NFL is under 3 seconds in today's game...

Bryce sucks far more than the OL. In fact, he creates more problems for the OL than the other way around.
