Will Fitterer be fired?

I think everyone on this board wants him fired. The question is will Tepper fire him or keep him as his stooge. I am concerned the latter may be the case. He should have been gone with Reich.

I think Tepper will fire him--he has nobody else left to blame.  The narcissist leader will fire all those around him to avoid taking the blame himself.  We all got to see that between 2016-2020.  It should not be a shock to anyone.

We have enough evidence that Fitt should be fired immediately, but I think Tepper likes having him around. I'd put the odds of Fitt being fired at low, but who knows?

What do they call it, "Black Monday?" the day after the season ends?  I think Fittermagic will be fired on Monday.  You are right, "Who knows?"

I'll repeat what I posted in the other thread (actually appropriate to this discussion)...

Former Huddler Casillas (who has a couple of inside sources with the team) has a theory on one possibility. He thinks Fitterer could be "promoted" (so to speak) to a job where he continues all of the general administrative duties of the GM job, but would have no role in personnel decisions.

Don't know how realistic it is, but I'd say it's possible.

If there is a God he will be sent packing. If not, expect more of the same no matter what role he's in. He's too close to Dave and has made costly decisions that will take years to recover from. I do not care who likes him, he needs to go.

I saw him and Morgan and one other fellow at the clt airport Thursday.  They were headed to scout somewhere ahead of Sundays game. Then he was in teppers box at Jax, looking like a statue as his boss threw a drink at a fan… he’s certainly acting like a guy that plans to be here.
