Houston talent

At the end of the day, there is not a single thing that suggest Bryce would be having the kind of game Stroud has had today in this environment. Stroud is superior.

Not to say Bryce will never be this good....but he damn sure ain't right now.

Just look at the physical attributes. How many of Houston's big plays could Bryce have actually made? Throwing downfield with defenders in his face. Throwing downfield while being hit. Bryce can't do those things. Everything has to go perfectly for Bryce to be able to effectively throw down the field.

I will happily eat my crow if Bryce looks like his Alabama self next year under another staff but it ain't gonna happen.

They knocked it out of the park with the ryans hire. And hit on Anderson and tank Dell. We gave them stroud cuz we're idiots. They made all the right moves and we made all the wrong ones.

Dell was Stroud's choice. He wanted him, the Texans picked him.

Bryce does not have the arm strength or speed that Tua has. Tua is also bigger.

Tua is 3 years older, not crazy to think he can’t add 10-15lbs over the next few off seasons. I don’t think he will ever be Stroud but I’m still hoping for the best.

So far the people that are coping are the ones trying to make Stroud vs Bryce a thing. Houston is a better team after being in the same spot for the last 3 years as the panthers. Things can change in this league quicker than people think here.

Get the right QB and coach things legit turn overnight.

They were widely panned as one of the worst rosters top down for 2 years straight.

Just call it what it is.

Caserio has built an incredible team, they found an incredible QB, and they absolutely nailed the HC hire.

It can be all of the above.

Thank you! Stroud can be great AND they have built a solid roster with solid coaching. Both can be and are true.

It is obvious that Houston has so much better talent than the Panthers.  Tight end’s that have speed.  Wide receivers that can get open.

Of course they are way better top to bottom in the organization.  Thinking Stroud comes here and does this in Carolina this year is asinine

I think you’re talking to yourself. No worries, psychosis is only when you respond.

So far the people that are coping are the ones trying to make Manning vs Leaf a thing. Indianapolis is a better team after being in the same spot for the last 3 years as the Chargers. Things can change in this league quicker than people think here.

Im not buying the muscle takes for the simple fact that why didn't he do that in college if he knew he was nfl bound? Bryce looks like he hates the weight room and he clearly didnt like adding on that weight to silence the critics for the draft.

    • I don't think so. I think once you're measuring electronically, the spot is where the sensor says it is. So if it says half yard short of the line to gain, that's the spot. Now how that works with scrums and the ball moving on two minute drills and poo is anybody's guess.
