His last QB was Mac Jones. Great coach who will get an anger bump for a couple of seasons and go back to being old and just wanting to do it hos way.

His last QB was taken by Belichick the GM.  Think He said and it appears he will not be the GM and making personnel decisions here at his next stop.

Atlanta has all the weapons and a Good OL.  Just no QB and a bad defense.  Bill can turn around a Defense.  And I’m sure they’ll target via trade,FA, or draft will target a QB.   By their GM not Bill

We will see how well he works with his GM. Worst case they get a decent vet.

the Falcons are just only a decent Qb away from having a  legitmate playoff caliber offense & if they happen to take it a step further &  get their hands on a. really good Qb oh yeah that would be a top 5 offense

Falcons to me are one of the better jobs available.

The team is talented, they just need a QB.

Cousins/Fields/Russ could all be in play if BB takes the job. Or maybe they draft a QB who knows.

 ...just saying

Jones had a decent to good rookie year and showed promise.  The BB paired him with a defensive coordinator who never had called plays and pretty much wrecked him.  I have no idea what happened to him this year as I didnt watch the pats much

Belichick hasn't scared me in years.

Belichick minus Brady probably never will.

I mean, I hear regular people saying this, but I hear execs, analysts and especially players saying that there's no better Xs and Os coach, with the ability to take away your strengths and empower his---with also the ability to adapt situationally---than Belichick. I just can't discount what these guys are saying, and most of them never played for Belichick, but against him.

Belichick the defensive coordinator is still top top tier.  Now he has elite weapons so it will be interesting to see what he does offensively

They could trade for Fields and use their top 10 pick on defense, we saw how he used cam for a minute, def a player he would like to have on offense

    • It is.  Even the mid to late round guys are super appealing and would have been ahead of Trevin in his drafft.  Deontae Lawson - just look his stuff up, lot's to like Jimmy Rolder - absolute force.  Limited sample size but the sample is pretty dope.  (one of my favorite sleepers) Keyshaun Elliott - stud run defender, great size/length, is always wrapping plays up, high IQ.  Even this dude Owen Heinecke is an interesting guy.  Not some dog in the middle but will absolutely be an asset for particular teams (I.E. Minny would be an awesome fit)
    • It's not explicitly saying it, it's suggesting that we draft a certain position, regardless if the receiver has the higher grade.  We would never had made the playoffs without T-mac. Morgan did the absolutely right thing, and that's what I hope he continues to do in the draft, which is follow the board and draft impact players. He used free agency to set up the draft for just that purpose. For anyone that thinks last season was anything but an improvement, I don't know what to tell 'em.  The goal is to keep the momentum going, and I'd say that addressing our three biggest needs with arguably the best players at their respective positions this free agency, and legit quality players to boot, goes along way toward building the foundation of long term success. Before free agency, no one was picking us to win the division, now more than a few analysts are, and that's before the draft. Pull your bootstraps up where you are and get to work. We aren't as good as we need to be, but the needle is moving in the right direction.
    • The Bengals absolutely fuged up paying Higgins elite WR money. You can't have your QB and two WRs eating up your whole cap or you end up with... well, the Bengals. Your QB is getting killed because your OL is trash and you can't stop anybody because your D is trash because you can't afford a balanced roster. Unless you're smacking it out of the park in the draft you're gonna be hard pressed to put a good team on the field despite an elite QB and WRs.
