I completely disagree. If one is 20 years old and doesn't have the sense to understand what a contract is, shouldn't be signing them. And from what I understand, these guys have agents advising them. Once the contract is signed, both the school and the individual signing should be bound by it as long as it follows the law. Otherwise, what is the point of the contract? -
1. Have to draft Ickey's replacement in the 1st or 2nd round, high chance he will never be the same and he wasn't dominant to begin with. 2. Yes - pay him before he gets more expensive. Right now, he can be had reasonably cheap given that he still needs to prove he can stay healthy and have a full season of WR2 production. 3. I think you keep him on the roster and see if he is willing to work and improve. If he doesn't you simply don't pick up his 5th year option after this year. 4. See #1 5. Draft best available in either 1st or 2nd round. 6. I think RB room is set, hopefully Brooks shows promise and takes over half the carries. maybe draft another one in the late rounds 4-5 for depth. -
