Pacheco to IR, chance to load assets

chiefs star RB Isiah Pacheco went down last night win an injury and is expected to hit IR which means Kansas City should be in the market for a running back. I think this is the perfect time for Carolina to get in the mix to acquire some assets and trade them miles sanders. What do you all think of this idea and what price do you think miles would bring in from a team who is sure to be desperate for a decent runner at this point having only Perine and Carson Steele left

They can get a guy off of the sofa who is better than Miles. We will not get any decent assets for him.

Miles Sanders isn't a good RB.  He is a one dimensional RB who once played on a good team/behind a great OL

Chuba is the obvious choice 

last year of his contract, probably won’t be in the plans moving forward, brooks is coming off IR at some point. 

let him go to a real team and prove me right.

Is that not what Kansas City has? Lol they’ve already seen he can thrive on a top team. Not to mention teams play KC 2 high safeties the entire game begging them to run the ball

Worth a shot. Good chance even eating his salary wouldn't get a buyer. Honestly just start a fire sale. It would be a sad one but we could get some day 3 picks that have a shot at being better than what we have.

Exactly.  Other than Chuba, nobody is trading anything to get a bottom of the barrel back on a bloated contract.  You can find a guy in free agency that’s just as good if not better than Miles.

Probably 5th or 6th at best; maybe get a performance based pick.
Either way I'm all for cleaning house for the future at this point.

100%   If we could get any value from Sanders, make the trade yesterday. 

We have 15 players on the final year of their contracts. If we can move any of them for draft capital, we should be. This team should be focused on building for the future.
