There’s always a couple of those guys each year. I’m glad we actually found one. Guys like him are what we need to turn this franchise around. No “stars” will want to come here - we need players who just want an opportunity.

He was awarded that badge last year in camp. I was assured by very smart people here that it was normally done that way, and I was just being a cranky sourpuss that didn't know anything. It's funny though, our last franchise qb didn't get that designation his 1st training camp either, but he was a real qb.

That would be a horrific decision.  We fire another coach after one season, no player or coach worth a dam would come here no matter how much money Tepper offered.

Money and opportunity talks. There's always someone who will jump at the chance for a job at the highest level.

I'm simply saying I'm open to all options if the situation arises.
