Rhule was a big swing and a whiff, but T thought he’d be a copilot. Fitt was an abject disaster and possibly/probably one of the main reasons for how laughably and embarrassingly unwatchable the panthers have been for the last 5 years up until recently, save for the brief Wilks stint. I still think Fitt was a yes man for the Teppers but that’s just like my opinion, man. 

The Frank era was another disaster dumpster fire from day 1. Back stabbing and infighting among the coaches? Yikes. Bravo, Fitt. 

Canales, thus far has has shown some promise. 

Thus far it’s been radio silence from the Ts. Eerie but refreshing. I hope it continues.

For the 1st time since 2019 we are going into the offseason already knowing who our HC and QB for the next season will be. The constant turnover of coaches and QB's is what has caused this mess, and it seems Tepper that has finally learned to be patient and understand that you can't just buy success in this league it has to be worked for and earned. 

The old Tepper would've had Bryce traded after week 2 and we'd be discussing on if we should try and trade up for Cam Ward right now.

Been saying this for a while - once he put Dan/Dave together, there has been nary a word from the T's

It's very possible that lessons have been learned
