God forbid I give students an opportunity to compete, commit to a team, and have fun playing in competitive competition. I spend countless hours coaching football and track for very little pay. Do I necessarily always want to? No. But I teach at a small school and frankly no other teachers have stepped up. If I don’t coach, no one else would. Accessibility and willingness as well, that's how a ton of workplace affairs start.  He could probably easily and discretely have sex with this woman.  Or he used to be able to as of like two days ago lol. 

Steve Smith is definitely famous and rich, but he's a retired NFL player in his mid-40s.  It isn't like it's the 80s and he's the lead singer of some massively famous hair metal band or something.  There won't be a throng of Hawaiian Tropic models waiting outside his hotel room in every city in the country.
