DJ Moore is probably our most underrated WR in Panther history.  Only thing that has held him back is the offenses he has played in (which still holds true outside of Carolina)

Tet will probably be a probowl receiver.  If you watch his highlights, they project well enough.  People who like blazing speed, are more likely to look down on Tet.  However, he has good speed to my eyes and can run away from folks.  He would be worth a top pick.
