How would you feel if Bryce did this in 2025

Some of you Bryce haters can call yourself realists all you want to but even if he did put up those stats or better next year, you would all just say "well let's see if he can do it again, because a lot of quarterbacks have had one good season" or "not that he's good so much as he has so much talent around him". You wouldn't give him the credit he's due and it's exhausting

I'm a bryce hater, if he put up those numbers i would never say a bad thing about him again.  Now, if he puts up 2900 17 and 9 will you want to move on from him?

Probably not, they would just say he is moving in a positive direction and the big leap is next year.

Honestly, if he can't crack 3000 yards over 17 games, then yes.

Supporting Bryce is based on continued growth, which he has shown. If he regresses to the state he was in last year in the first two games? Then it is time to move on.

The issue is that he HAS shown growth and the haters are trying to assess him as the player prior to his ascension. And they seem to almost be rooting for his failure. It's sad.

We are building this team to be a run first offense. Bryce has the weapons to keep teams honest so they can't stack the box.  I don't want the term of game manager but Young needs to make the plays to keep the running lanes open.

To me it isn't about his personal stats.   I think if we manage 125 yds rushing and 250 or so through the air we are going to be in most games.

I think Evero gives us a quality defense, and we are going win a lot more games than most predict on this forum.

I think with the added weapons and the massive influx of defensive talent we are going to see a competitive team and a fun season.

Being a run dominant team, it limits passing attempts per game to mid 30s and I think that will be about 220 yds per game

Don't really care about stats. Stats can be very misleading. T2G is a perfect example of YAC making a QB look stats good. Bryce can make 40 perfect passes with 40 drops and the stat lines show he had an awful game.

Can he lead sustained drives and make the key plays when necessary? Does he put the team in a position to win? Is he leading the offense or just part of of the machine?  That's all I really care about.

1.   Very doable. The missing angle on this is not entirely Bryce. The receivers since XL… the focus? Good hands with a good hands. Big radius. Bryce came on to throwing very catchable and well placed balls. Tmac and Our RBs have some serious yac ability. If XL keeps up with the big drops especially on 3rd down… he better watch out.

2. There are going to be a ton of defensive breakdowns. 4 wr sets with dudes who catch everything? I wouldn’t be surprised to see it closer to 400/6

3. I guess? I don’t know how this is calculated. His int numbers will get higher once more film is available on him.

4. I’m calling 10 wins on a homer take. Hey, why not.

The knockers need to realize the panthers have never assembled an offense like this so assigning typical I don’t like x QB expectations may need augmentation.

I'm more interested in completion percentage and YPA (and wins of course), than yards or touchdowns. It's not too hard to imagine Young throwing for 3,900 yards in an abstract way. What is harder to imagine is who those yards are going to. That would probably require two 1000 pass catchers on our team. I don't know that we have two 1000 receivers on this team.

Like I'm living in the Twilight Zone.

Closer to 3000 seems more likely, 3200ish would be my guess. I also doubt the TD numbers.

Anything sub 4k is highly suspect in the modern NFL. If Geno Smith can do it so should any decent starter. It's year 3 folks so no more discounting or curving. Just go do it or stfu about the fantasies.
