In fairness, he was trash here, he didnt want to be here and never really tried to make it here.  Also, the team did everything in its power to make him fail.  No bootlegs and never got him out of the pocket.  QB that didnt match our system, forced to do things hes not great at, in a place he didnt want to be in a dysfunctional organization....ahhh the glories of being a panthers fan.

but my point remains.  With Bryce we have to rely on one handed catches and hoping they’ll be called for penalties to convert drives to positive outcomes.  It’s because we can’t and don’t execute consistently on the routine.  We need extraordinary results and penalties to do what functional offenses do by being consistently good.

He could have used 2 hands on that one and it would have been a catch.  He chose to use 1 hand.

I've been saying this for years. I thought he was drafted too high in 2020 and hated the selection. I don't trust our front office to pick the right guy, but if someone offered me a #1 draft pick for him I'd consider it if I were GM. Seriously, are we really that much worse without him?

I wouldn't accept it because whoever they draft will be a shittier version of the player they give up.

That team was more talented. We barely lost to both #1 seeds and we started 2021 3-0 with people talking playoffs. We fell apart but that team had better players and depth. We traded Moore, CMC and Burns for basically nothing.
