Edgy comment.  It's not for everyone but there are plenty of redeeming qualities that keep former player's and their families around.  Depends on what you want in life and what's important to you.  I could give a poo about clubs that bump until daybreak.

Charlotte comes alive with results. Home games in 2015 and really most seasons with Cam, 2005 Cardinal playoff game where Delhomme shat the bed and melted down was one of the best games I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot, in a lot of cities.

The Cardinals game was crazy.  Everyone with the facemasks with fangs on them.  Night game too.  The city is really ready to go crazy for a team I believe, we just can't get any kind of consistent results.  Combined with the Hornets/Bobcats it's just giga depressing.

I finally sat down and listened to what Steve said.

That man was and has been revered in this "weak ass city" despite consistently being a top to bottom asshole to many of his teammates over the years and assaulting Ken Lucas. And many fans moved on from that and gave him grace as supposedly a changed man. Then he was unceremoniously released from the team by Gettleman and the overwhelming majority of Panthers fans were displeased with it. Then he proceeded to absolutely drag the Panthers in the "Blood and guts" game against the Ravens and talked endless amounts of shīt. Still most Panthers held no animosity toward him.

It's just a really really bad look for him with everything that's gone on over the years to go after the fans in the midst of the worst win percentage in all of professional sports under the Tepper's. I don't think he has the temperament or the personality for sports analysis in general and he can't recognize that he is simping for a billionaire just because he's been nice to him.

There was 3 known teammates Smitty punched. The big rumor was he got in early career Cams face and that's when Gettleman choose to trade him, siding with your young QB. 

It's just a big mess, Smitty, Panthers, tepper, bobcats/hornets, and the queen. 

Plus teppers name is on smittys checks.
