his shtick doesnt work in the nfl, these are grown ass men that want to win, stop pissing on their legs and say its raining

These are grown ass men with a very limited time to reap financial benefit directly tied to winning. They’re not doing this for funzies. We’ll get em next year… blah blah Building a culture.

They don’t want to hear that. They need contract #2 which will hopefully set them up for life. They need to win. Now… and they know when they’re being lied to. Anything short of the org putting them in the best possible position to win screws them over.

They only person grown ass alpha men will respect is another grown ass alpha man.

He doesn't even know. In his presser he said we have to figure out what team we want to be. He's clueless

lol, you can’t make this sh*t up.

Who is even the leader of this team, player wise? We know for certain it’s not Bryce (and that’s a problem in itself). I just remember we had a QB in here who took it upon himself to change the culture of the entire organization. Your QB needs to be at the center of that.

Chuba's been kinda banged up recently but Dave still refuses to use him and Rico properly with the run game. all our runs are from spread formations shotgun. Dave continues to preach "run heavy" offense but never commits

the stupid, switch RB each offensive drive needs to stop. RB's needs to get into the rhythm with carries. use Chuba and Rico to their strengths with the run game play calls and set up the PA.

on defense its the softest weakest cover 3 zone I can imagine, zero pressure and no attempt to do anything.  On offense, its running fuging draws on 3rd and 15 with the game basically on the line.  On special teams its not tackling returners because that seems scary.  As an owner his identity is pretending like he's the biggest mancho man in the room with gigantic brass balls, but in reality hes a tiny, dickless, Eunuch who doesnt give a fug bout anything besides his bottom line and he is happy as long as he can claim to be an NFL owner while being legit the worst owner in any professional sport...probably worse than most amateur derby girl owners.

I think he was going for a Russell Wilson/Seattle offense with a Rams type defense. But A) Bryce isn’t prime Russell Wilson and B) Evero isn’t Wade Phillips.

I also think it is apparent that this team might be the least physical/agressive team we have ever had. They lack toughness that other teams have, no grit. Like I understand they aren’t robots but I see other players get absolutely licked and hop up. Our guys fall down and end up on the injury report a dozen at a time.

If Dave wants to save his job he needs be the boss and fire Evero and put Bryce on notice confidence be damned. At least you can look at Tepper and say you did something instead of nothing.

I really hope for our next head coach we go back to the normal statue like defensive guy. I really wouldn’t be opposed to a Robert Saleh, Brian Flores, Jeff Ulbrich etc.

    • Donovan seems like highest risk to me. Lloyd and May have already established relationships with all these kids. There’s probably guys hitting the portal that they recruited from HS. And then there’s the possibility of transferring their own guys from their current teams. They’ve also been recruiting the HS kids for like the next 5 years already. Look at the Iowa coach who hit the ground running by transferring all his guys from his D2 program. Or going across sports to Cignetti transferring all his JMU guys year one then building off that to a national title year 2. Donovan is starting from square one having been in the NBA so long and he’s already 60. So you’re potentially punting year 1 for a guy you are just hoping to be a 10 year hire while you figure out how to actually develop your next home grown 20yr guy. That’s 1/10th of the time you have him, more or less at best. The hope would be that he would find some high level assistants who have been working the college recruiting trails already, but then are you giving up his ideal staff just to get a foothold in recruiting and transfers. Think Belichick year one was bad? Imagine how much worse it would be without Steve Belichicks transfer portal pulls. Hoping Mays or Lloyd are all they’re cracked up to be.
    • I don't care if you block me. I'm honestly tired of seeing you bash the heels and Hornets and pretend to be a fan. Get a life.  And like I said before.. Hang the banners.  Been 11 years since Duke even made it to a championship
    • When you have to keep blocking people you might be the dumbass.
