Agreed. Hopefully this makes it obvious in film review

I get starting out splitting but when one is averaging 4.6 and the other 2.2 you go with the obvious hot hand and better player.

Exactly!!  Ricos vision and patience fits the scheme better rn. Chubba was running straight into the crowd with no patience  to let the blocks set up up. It could work but Canales definitely  should've stopped the back and forth and went with the hot hand to close the game.

This a false, Bryce is actually good when we go 11 personal from gun but that’s not Canales MO. And he can play under center considering that what he’s been running this season.

And Canales had Baker with Evans and Godwin and they finished 20th in scoring and got better once he left

Bryce is lined up in Shotgun on almost every passing play and you rarely see him drop back with his back to the LT. He drops back in a straight line which results in him having to use extra motion to make his throws. He rarely lets the ball go in rhythm when he hits the top of his drop like QBs are supposed to do in  a well coordinated passing attack.

For the record, I'd much rather have the 2023 Tampa offense than the 2025 Panther offense. We rank 23rd in points per game.

Mayfield had 28 TD/10 INTS in 2023 and led his team to the playoffs. If Bryce put up number like this the Panthers would be a legitimate playoff threat. Baker had more TDs in 2023 than Bryce has in in almost 2.5 years as our starting QB.

Bryce went number one over all, but there isn't a team in the NFL that would give up a #1 (or #2) in a trade to get him.

yeah no idea what that guy is talking about.

we established very early in Bryce's career he can't turn his back to the defense when he play actions because he can't pick the defenders and receivers back up quickly enough.

What the fug are you watching?   Bryce hates being under center.  It's always a run play

He also started Corbett over Mays until Corbett got hurt. He would not start Brady Christianson until there were like 5 injuries to the line even though he is clearly our 5th or 6th best lineman. We look good awful at the end of every half. He called several pass plays at the end of the game with Dalton, killing the clock and allowing the Jets a chance to tie the game. Our clock management is always trash.

You do know Bryce has multiple TD this season with him under center right?  The 2023 bucs had two pro bowl WR and great passing line and I suggest you check those first half of the season numbers, this offense can eclipse them by the end of the season.

Again you are making excuses for bad play calling just to blame Bryce.
