Again, how is that Youngs fault? Thats solely on the Panthers. I agree he's not cutting it but it's not his fault the Panthers drafted him or paid what they did to do so.

Not his fault at all where he is drafted you’re right, but he was drafted there and that’s the expectation of being drafted there. All the pundits said he is a franchise guy and all that jazz and he hasn’t shown that yet, in year three.

Jekyll and Hyde

Actually they have been competitive EXCEPT against the AFC.

The NFC is all over the place this year. The Lions just lost to a QB that’s been out almost all season and are now 5-3. They are also very questionable in their offensive play calling. In no way shape or form should David Montgomery fumble and still get several more touches than Gibbs. That’s Chuba over Rico type stuff and they were supposed to be SB contenders.

Well maybe you should ignore the pundits. Saying someone is great doesn't mean they are great or will be great.

These kids get overhyped every year and fans fall for it because so and so said this or that. None of that means a damn thing.

The Panthers screwed up by moving up in the draft and picked a longshot to boot. It was never going to work out because they gutted their team to do so. A longshot qb alone cannot fix this mess.

I think it's hilarious that the team can win any games with him at qb but I will take a win no matter how they come.

Winning against massively favored opponents by turning it into an ugly game is well, a sign of a team identity being formed and young men buying into what the coach is putting out there.

We're a scrappy bunch, can't take that away from them and our defense played lights out. And how about our O-line, injuries and all taking Micah Parsons out of the game pretty much?

Rico has been terrific and that's great. I hope we find a way to keep him for next season. And Chuba, I just get the feeling that he isn't fully recovered from that injury. He doesn't move like he did before.

Bryce... I hope he gets a lot of wins because he's going to make a helluva back-up if he doesn't start getting much, much better stats.

Rookie kicker? We're good.

Young team missing one huge key piece at QB that is learning how to play in the NFL. Exciting, devastating, fun, miserable, they are all those things in one.

Fixed

    • I'm salty every time I see someones mid picks become stars while we throw first and second rounders over and over and they all stink outside of Tet (who still has a lot to prove, imo)
    • There is a contingent that is total Bryce but they weathervane with the wind. When the good Bryce wind blows about once or twice a month we hear a lot from them. But they are always pro Bryce, they just don’t pipe up too much when he sucks. I can’t speak for them, as far as what they are looking at.    In a second contingent, the collective mind is made up. He has had had basically three years worth of starts that might include a top tier outing or two, a few second tier outings, offset by about the same number of bottom tier outings which actually may have the edge there.  The rest of his stuff is third tier and that is going to be the bulk of his starts. We want to move on. And we aren’t getting off of that hill until he puts us off of it. He has not.    There is a third contingent that has no conviction and definitely weather vanes. Bryce is good. Bryce isn’t good. Depending on the latest game. They will buy into 7 on 7 success so that should tell you something.
    • Nacua is really fuging good. He might be a better version of Cooper Kupp.
