Young couldn't do anything when the Saints sold out to stop the run. That's not coaching or a lack of focus. That's a pure lack of ability at the most important position in sports.

It's not something you want to happen, but again, it happens on every team in every sport and every season.

Sometimes it doesn't cost your team the game and just makes a great team have a close game against a bad team, but it happens.

Same thing, they figured it was an easy win, probably didn't give their 110% attention/effort in the week leading into the game, expecting it to be a cake walk blowout win.

And again, I'm not saying this is a good thing or that I'm happy it happened, but to pretend this is some groundbreaking revelation that is unheard of, is just asinine, it's the exact opposite of that, it's expected and mundane.

I think there could be a group on this team that's not be as professional as you'd like or treat it like their business.  

Easy to spot the ones that it wouldn't be, but unsure who it is.

And like some say, that also hints that Canales doesn't have the cultural baton per se.  Seems like a soulless cheerleader running a bunch of kids.

the fact that this was going on during team meetings shows how serious they took this week

This is sad and a direct reflection of our head coach. We all know rule 101 as a player is to not speak about issues with players or the team to the media. Multiple players are making comments, and it shows that Dave does not have the locker room. If what the players are saying is true (why wouldn’t it be?) Dave should be man enough to show the team that it won’t be tolerated. Maybe Dave is a little too comfortable with that 6 year contract that he signed and knows he’s good either way.

We’ve had QBs in the past that wouldn’t let this happen.  I miss having a Cam or Jake behind center. 
 

I also miss Rivera.

Team ain’t had a winning record since 2017, and thinks after beating Green Bay and only being one game above 500 that they’ve arrived. What a joke

Jake Delhomme would have lost his mind yesterday. He would have either had 4 TDs or 4 picks no between. That ball would have came out 20-40 yards each time until somebody caught something.
