A question no one is asking about Bryce and The Panthers

Because recent history tells us they will poo the bed again in all facets of the ball, and Bryce will be minus 100 yards again

In our 6 victories, this team hasn’t played nor performed the same way twice.  We’ve won with defense, we’ve won with offense, we’ve won running the ball, we’ve won passing the ball.

Consistency is a foreign concept to this team.  It’s gonna be “box of chocolates” style for the remainder of this weird ass season.

Even the best panther teams historically embarrass themselves in primetime games. Combine that with Bryce having just used up his one good game per season….they really should’ve shown up against the saints to give me confidence in this game

The defense has pulled that feat off this season though.  Multiple times.

offense has not had a single good first half all season.  Only and good opening scripted drive paired with disappointing play. 

defense has been the actual unit you can measure real and consistent improvement IMO.  Still holes and flaws to it that aren’t going away until new bodies get here but they really are the story of the season IMO

Which is kind of funny considering how much less talent there is on the defensive side of the ball in comparison.

Just imagine nothing but screens to CMC all night long… because it’s coming. Defensively for us, this is a brutal matchup. Purdy is back and we’re facing an all world RB and TE, which just so happens to be the 2 positions our defense sucks at containing… and we have an almost nonexistent pass rush.

I don’t think no one was asking that, maybe you weren’t and it seemed that way to you. 
Plenty of people have pointed out that his good games are followed by bad ones, multiples. 
And how the team has been a week to week yo yo tbis year. Up down up down. 
In any event that is certainly the challenge this week. And is a challenge over these last 6 games for the QB in particular to show he can not go right back down to the bottom after a game where he looked like a real player. 
His track record to date is pretty much reverting to crap after delivering a game that would be worth the investment made in him and this offense. Can he break his pattern? We have sure been asking that. 
All that is what we are hoping gets answered definitively, this year.  It desperately needs to be.

They definitely keep us in the game for most part

CMC is probably gonna have his revenge game against us.  Guys typically get amped to play the team that traded them.
