Canales has improved over time, but he's still learning. 

That he's actually capable of learning puts him a cut above a fair number of unsuccessful coaches.

Canales is limited like much of this build. Good news is that the NFL has built in parady so that gives every team an easy pass to hover around .500 when they are not openly shooting themselves in the feet.

He’s probably referring to Liam cohen.

Bryce may suck but Kellen Moore thoroughly pants'd Canales in both meetings. And Moore was someone we brought in and said "no thanks", just like Steichen and Harbaugh. Tepper has zero eye for identifying football talent. 

That said, Canales deserves another year, but he has to show improvement next year

Kellen Moore is a very good coach.
