No poop. His history speaks for itself at this point. His best was as a interim HC here and even that was obviously flawed. Hate it for him but he should try college ball.

Wills is ass, that's why he was a college coach for years after Ron. 

Idk why people think he should be mad with us when the Panthers let him come back to the NFL or he would have still been coaching a terrible college team.

Wilks has a skill set that's arguably better suited to head coach than defensive coordinator, but his toolbox is lacking in some rather critical areas (staff choices, for one).

He’s also a colossal asshole, by all reports.

Him and glenn were never going to mesh.

I don't think he's that good, but they traded away all of the best players on his side of the ball and then showed him the door after they struggled to defend. That's tough.

Glenn will be unemployed sooner rather than later. 

When he took that job, I couldn't understand that at all. It was such a clear lose-lose situation and a lot of the results have made a chunk of this seem to be his fault(which some is, the Justin Fields thing being one). 

This is why you choose the Ben Johnson route. Go to a team and franchise set up for success, not for failure.

Wilks has had a ton of opportunities in the NFL. His days may be numbered unless he goes back to a lesser role like secondary coach.

Wilks is a good man but he is not a very good coach. It happens. Time to move on from this once and for all.
