Jesus take the wheel. This is with a “offensive” coach who is 100 percent hands off with the defense. The only thing we are consistently good at is dink and dunk BS

Same poo he did and college

That’s what happens when a team shows man coverage and you didn’t prepare for it all week and they are sending 2 extra people in pressure every play and your coach is begging you not to turn the football over.

It was zone 90% of the time its zone Bryce can't beat

Most QBs in the league can have a few good games. Consistency is what makes great QBs. Bryce is the poster child for inconsistency. We aren’t going far with him at the helm.

this. Even during his 'good games', he's usually highly inconsistent during the game. And in his bad games, oh he's very 'consistent' but not in the way we want.

I’m too young to remember Clausen. Was he ever THIS bad?

Yeah, he was bad.  He played scared too like Bryce, but he could at least chuck the ball down the filed if the opportunity presented itself. Clausen was a 2nd rounder though, not the #1 overall pick.  Very easy to move off from once we figured out he was a bust.

He has 2 of those for parents.

He needs 6" of height, 100 lbs of muscle, a bionic arm and a new brain.

I don't think he needs a new brain. He was smart enough not to show off his noodle pre draft. He's smart enough to know he can't throw deep over the middle. He's smart enough to look good with throws to the boundaries to one on one big receivers. Fitterer and tepper are the ones that have no brains for football.

Clausen wad infinitely better than Bryce because he cost us a lit less, didn't leave us in QB purgatory for years, and immediately sucked us into #1 overall pick and Cam Newton. Suffering through that season sucked but Clausen set us us up for the fiture.
