Looks like we need a new coach. One of the hot DC candidates out there who will demand a new OC and a new QB. Someone with a set of balls big enough to tell Tepper to take a seat and let him run this thing.

Or we could just hire a good OC thise time? Jags did and we didn't. We hired Dan's friend instead

The Jags coach wanted a lot of control. GM level type if I remember correctly.

Tepper absolutely needs a coach like this (Harbaugh comes to mind) but absolutely will not ever hire one with his ego.

Kind of loving how, even though people were stanning him so hard just a week ago, it feels like finally this is the ultimate collapse in his support. Like he's so obviously bad even the most diehard defenders are giving up.

About damn time.

I get pissed every time I think about Tepper passing on Harbaugh (allegedly)

Don’t fool yourself. This is normal.

One or two of the braver ones will be active with the excuses, and telling us what bad people we are to not give him a chance or tell us to go root for another team….

When he has his next non damaging/okay/decent/very good outing there will be a virtual message board parade. Turdpiles will fall on the words of the doubters like raindrops in a hurricane.

Are you saying we need a new HC to tell Tepper that Bryce sucks? Like not following the logic here.

OP posted a stat showing we have possibly one of the worst QBs ever and you want to get rid of the guy that has to deal with it and has us on the cusp of our first winning season in almost a decade despite the fact?

Putting the comical Urban Meyers debacle aside…..Trevor only has one losing season as a starter and he was comically injured that year and really shouldn’t of been on the field.

still a disappointment but thats a totally different realm than Bryce’s version of disappointment.  Trevor been a solid starter in 3 of his seasons

Trevor is a bust given expectations but is a clear NFL caliber starting QB.  Just middle tier.  He has a lot to work with for a good OC.  Great OCs would struggle with Bryce.   Green newb OC like Canales got zero shot

The Urban and Reich seasons were epic NFL failures for completely different reasons while also linking these 2 QBs. Wasn't Reich fired earlier in the season by a game or something?

Trevor's bust to Youngs bust is interesting and obviously I would take the former 10 out of 10 times. Still, Trevor has only had 1 game over .500 in a season until this year when playing. What I am saying is that that HC is winning with what he has, which isn't perfect, and in a place that scrapping 9 games together is not a given...usually with help from  another QB along the way. And that's in the AFC South. And the Jags are actually paying their QB vs us hopefully dodging a horrendous 5th option. So that's a lot tougher than what it cost to field Young this year or next.

I wasn't really trying to prop up Lawrence but Coen. Dude is doing good work and it showed when Carolina played them. The difference between him and DC is like Lawrence and Young at the minimum IMO.

I think DC is a nice guy, but you have to have brass balls and not chummy with the players. Have to pull the rug out when it needs to be done. I just don't see DC being that guy

Well the same thing happened after the Saints and Niners game. But then he played “better” the next games and the Bryce Truthers came back out.

Baalke was GM there and that's a 100% great move for Coen to make. See SF and the Harbaugh debacle and why that team hired it's current crew they way they did. Looks like they got a new GM in February so whatever they did it sure looks like Wins to me.

The problem is Tepper gave away a lot of control to a HC but it was Rhule. Tepper hires yes men and sales men. That's who shouldn't have control IMO. I'm freaking exhausted by Tepper's kind people. The people that won't work under that kind of BS is the people I want so until something gives or they change it up like SF did then it's going to be more of the same regardless of setup. The Teppers are just terrible managers and at hiring.
