Carolina Panthers pick No. 19-2026 NFL Draft

Panthers have zero pass rush and the identity needs to change. The team needs to go all in on pass rush and change the identity of the defense.

Trade:

Panthers Receive: Maxx Crosby

Raiders Receive: 2026 1st, 2027 1st, 2026 3rd,

Then in free agency, pair him with one of the veteran pass rushers like Khalil Mack, Joey Bosa or Hassan Reddick. Releasing Patrick Jones frees up 10.1 million.

2nd round draft: LB Anthony Hill, Jr. Alabama, Taurean York, Texas A&M, or Lander Barton, Utah

3rd Round: QB Drew Allar, Penn State. Love his size and arm. Could develop under Bryce while Bryce plays out his option.

We traded Brian Burns for a 2nd round pick. Burns had 6.5 more sacks than Crosby this year.

If Proctor is available, he is the pick. This draft is deep at LB we don’t have to jump at LB in the 1st.

Proctor, for left tackle? Speed rushers are going to take his lunch money, and that is really going to make a fat man sad.

Guard, maybe, but usually don't draft a guard at 19.

The answer is always oline or dline, with the occasional exception of a WR, and rare exception of a QB, generally speaking of course.

I honestly don’t know if a pass rush non existent team like the 2025 panthers have ever made the postseasons before like they did.

Playoff teams have to have one, so I’d start there.

Styles should be gone and Hill won't last until our second round pick.  Gotta hope one of the edge guys falls or go OT.  CB is an option too.

Anthony Hill would be an excellent pick even in the first round. Dude gonna be a baller

I wouldn’t mind trading down and picking up an early second. I love Anthony Hill Jr and Jake Golday but there’s no reason to take them at 19, but there’s a good chance they’ll be gone by our pick #52

Anthony Hill might be gone by 19 he is gonna destroy the combine. He’s an athletic freak and a great instinctual player. Source- I watch a lot of Texas football.

    • Oh please with the wallowing in victimhood I'm going to take my ball and go home routine. You were just in here referring to people as super weird haters because they don't completely agree with your borderline delusional spin on what Bryce Young is and isn't as a fourth year starter. We can hope by some miracle that Bryce Young will actually be able to lead a formidable passing offense this season without being irrational homers and pretending verfiable data and what we have seen with our own two eyes doesn't tell us exactly what he has been to this point which is someone who moves the ball at a historically low rate.
    • I am curious who's behind all of this though. A video and photos from years ago surfacing? Someone has a vendetta and is driving this PR campaign. I'm loving it, but I'd also like to know who said mystery figure is.
    • I say positive things about Bryce when he earns them. Which he has a handful of times. It is all here and on the record but your lobby won’t focus on that or the flat out truth inside of our critical comments.  It is a constant thing with him and his backers - one or two good things and people are trying to extrapolate that to proof we should commit to him, while ignoring or making excuses for the larger portion of his track record.  When he is able to consistently turn in franchise QB extension worthy outings the tone of the posts will reflect that.  I have already said that if he would play like he did in the WC as often as we need him to, I would be okay with keeping him.  See you don’t want to talk about that though because it shows actual fair minded evaluation not stanning.
