Top 5 draft targets for positions of need

Yeah I think im targeting a developed one in FA sure it's more expensive. But I'd rather spend a mid round pick on the trenches and an early pick on a more premium position

Right..and for speed wr too I'd rather bring in a vet to help immediately than wait and see on a rookie

Sadiq is basically Kyle Pitts, hard no!  This is coming from a guy who wants a TE badly, but he's not the guy and this ain't the year.

I don't get this love affair with the tight end from Oregon. Get an OT or LB or Pass rusher.  Nothing else really makes sense where we're going to be picking 

We already have solid TEs and Sadiq isn't some generational TE prospect. Even if he was, there's a decent change for him being not successful  or being mid at best (See Kyle Pitts, OJ Howard).

There's no way he watched any Panthers game this season and came away with TE is the biggest need on the team.

We for sure need another legit pass catching threat but not sure id bank on Sadiq. I can think of three positions to address in the first and TE/WR ain't it.

I want Styles in round 1 but we would definitely have to trde up above the Cowboys to get him.

Personal feelings aside, I really don’t think this coaching staff and FO values TE high enough to take one in the 1st rd. That, and I think we are fine with the 3 we have for what we ask them to do. I don’t think Styles makes it to our pick either. So if I had to guess right now, I would guess OT might be the best combo of value and need at our pick. There will be a few off the board before we pick, but there should still be some value there.

Question to those that know CFB. Styles seems talented but doesn’t seem like an MLB. Seems a lot more like a Luvu than a Kuechly. 
Is he an ILB or OLB in a 3-4? If we draft him, I’d think we still need a traditional mlb-type either via draft for FA.

He's basically Thomas Davis, but bigger.  But yeah, he's closer to Luvu than Kuechly.  I would say he would be better as a OLB.  It won't matter because Dallas is zeroing in on him to replace Parsons. Unless he gets injured or tests out horribly, he ain't lasting to #19.  I've stopped mocking him because it's fool's gold to think we can land him at our draft slot.

JT Sanders has been such a disappointment.  I really thought he'd be good after his promising start to the rookie season.
