Carolina did a great job filling needs with top players in free agency, which gives them options in the draft. Tyson is polished and will start as a rookie if he can stay healthy.

Hadn't really thought about WR as an option, but with Legette being a bust and Coker a RFA in 2027 I can see the thinking behind it if it is BPA. We could be in a situation where T-Mac is the only WR of note on the roster this time next year.

Does Coker not want to play football? He has 0 leverage and has to sign the deal if he wants to play. Imo we should offer him better than we are required to keep him happy. His second contract will still be a huge steal

we have a pretty league average set of skill players. Using 19 to try and create a true strength out of a neutral at a premium position isn’t a bad idea.

Tyson is sooooo good but I just don’t know if he can hold up in the NFL. We already have a guy always hurt in Coker, I’d rather use our 1st on defense

yep 

Best ability is availability in the nfl

I’m not big on “a’wishin and a’hopin “ that the player will be touched by Jesus for a sustainable nfl career

if they  can’t hold up in a shorter college season, how on earth can they hold up under 17 games a year and almost year rd training in the nfl

there are plenty of good players without issues, pick one of them

Players drafted after 19 in his mock that I would take before the WR: Monroe Freeling OT, Ty Simpson QB, Dillon Thieneman S, CJ Allen ILB. 

I don't mind that TE in round two but Caleb Lomu OT and Brandon Cisse CB would also be good value.
