Lindley's eyes

The pre-game shows hit on his tendency to stare down receivers.  One his last pass that was tipped by 59 and picked by Tre, he never went through a progression.  As soon as the ball was snapped he found his target and watched it run all the way into the endzone and then he threw it.  Good stuff Zod.

I feel kind of bad for him. He's a terrible NFL QB but he got thrust into a position in these playoffs that he shouldn't have been put into. Cardinals would've been smart to go for someone like Grossman or really anybody else.

Arians did a fantastic job in the first half of managing the game and not allowing lindley to make passes that had a chance to get picked.

Of course, this game plan only worked as long as we kept beating ourselves. Once we figured things out and forced Arizona to play from down multiple possessions and throw downfield the floodgates opened and the game was virtually over aside from occasional Panthers miscues down the stretch.

Very grateful that we came away with the win. However AZ had no business being in that game SPECIFICALLY after we were up 10-0.  Everyone knew that if the Lindley that we were hoping for showed up there was no way they could play catch up.

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
