None of what anyone else was doing matters at all. We're talking solely about KB and not the outcome of the play. KB was completely lost there and zero clue what was going on with the clock, to the point where the ref had to actually hurry to get the ball to the hash before KB even thought about that. Complete lack of situational awareness by KB and there is zero excuse for that. Zero.

LOL yikes.

No sense in even arguing with you...you see what you want to see.

Actually-

id like for you to explain to me how this would have went different if KB would have popped up and handed the ball to the ref (or what ever you’re saying he SHOULD have done).

what difference would that have made? Please elaborate.

They're basically the same guy.

Honest question.  Did Foxy have the same gaffs as Ron?

I feel like Ron is a better defensive coach than Fox, but maybe Fox was the better head coach?

Either way I don't want either of them around this franchise any longer.  Ready for a great offensive football mind to run this puppy.

Want to start that thread?

I’ll spare him looking like an idiot again and just answer your question properly for him...

Better optics.  I don't think for a second that anyone on that team was aware of how fast they needed to get to the LOS, nor had any faith that we would make that catch.

Poor coaching.

Not really sure what this thread is getting at.

KB was standing at the LOS waiting on the rest of our lethargic offensive unit to get down the field.

This thread is just something else for everybody to bitch and complain about, reality be damned! As long as this place can do that, thats all that matters. It's actually gotten to the point of being quite entertaining to me! Lol!!

Read carefully here my friend. Nothing would've been different with the outcome of the play, because of the rest of the team. But none of that has anything to do with how KB performs and what he does individually. That's like saying it doesn't matter if a QB throws 10 bad picks in a game that are his fault, because the rest of the offense sucks so much there was no chance of winning. While the latter point may be true, that does not take away from that QB having a terrible game.

Look only at KB here. If the rest of the team was going to be ready and if the ref didn't take the ball from him and hurry up himself, KB definitely could've had a negative impact on the play. There is no excuse for his lack of situational awareness there. Sure you could blame it on coaching, and I do think coaching is an issue without a doubt, but a professional athlete making this much money can't be that clueless in that situation.

But ultimately it's only one play, and overall I've been thrilled with KB's play this year. He's one of the few on offense. However this thread is about this one particular play and not KB's work over the course of the season or even the course of that game. Obviously we aren't even in the situation to clock it without KB's big catch there so don't get me wrong and think I'm bashing KB. I'm not. But there is no excuse for any player to do what he did after the catch.

We get it every player that you like is perfect and the one's you don't like wouldn't even belong in the CFL.
