Eric Reid Bringing The Ice On Michael Thomas

If this keeps on going the fines and negativity will build and will not go away since Reid is in the NFL's cross-hairs. If he gets extended the issues will only get worse and this team will continue to be on the radar and he will become a major team distraction. The NFL isn't going to give up and a serious consideration on resigning/extending him needs to be addressed and does this team really need to go through this every single game with Reid in spotlight.

Reid isn't doing anything illegal or even unethical. Seems to me he has been an asset to our team. I have no.problem signing him to a long term contract.

The reason I want to keep Reid is because I know that the Panthers are willing to replace him with someone terrible. Reid is decent, so that's about as good as I can hope for when it comes to the Panthers. Reid will clean up his play once our new coaching staff is in place, and I think the drug tests will stop once the NFLPA lawsuit settled.

How dare he play the game hard and get unfairly targeted by the NFL for his beliefs. What a bad guy

Reid suck. His game doesn’t translate anymore to the modern heavy passing game of the NFL.

You don’t actually watch him play do you? He was signed after missing all training camp, having to work himself back into football shape, learn the entire playbook on the fly, and has been called out by coaches as someone they want to resign and have back with the team because of the impact he has made ON THE FIELD. He is young and we absolutely need him back next year or our secondary could be as bad as the year before last.

    • And remind y’all that Rico Dowdle ran the ball 7 times on Monday.
    • I didn't want to pay him and they should have traded him before the 20+ million in dead cap. I feel this is another "blame tepper", he wanted a QB and Panthers only had 4 draft picks. CMC got a bad health report and missed games, but league still valued him and he was the best player on the team. Shitttttterererererererer traded him for 4 future picks, the future 2nd ended up being 61st........so all the other draft picks in 5th 4th were next to last, just a mistake. Yes 49ers at the time looked cook, but CMC helped them reach the SB. Used that 2nd and 3rd in the BY and DJ Johnson trades.....just awful returns. It was dirty to wilks to trade CMC while he was trying to make the playoffs, best I member the run game got better after the trade....   Im just one of those "never pay RB, safety, or MLBs" unless cheap/all world. CMC is not all world, but he's dang close.  Poorly handle, he bought a big home and thought he'd remain a career panther....Herniay made him the 16 million man, tops by 4 full million and no RB passed that mark for 2 years, God dam fug you herniay.  Im anti-RB, but about the last thing they should have done was trade a 1000 1000 threat that wanted to stay here, just total fumble by the Panthers/tepper/herniay/fittterererererererere per normal for this time-line.
