To be honest, almost every single HC in the league could handle one of these....especially if they call plays on either side.

Only a couple are great with the clock, and in game strategy.

Once again, if there’s a glaring need to add such a position, perhaps a change at the HC level would be most appropriate.

how do i get an interview for this job....all i do is look at the clock and let the coach know when to challenge? hell im doing that now.

Not Wilks, watched a handful of AZ games this year he was as bad as RR.

Not sure why you say this, it's already one of Jim Skippers responsibilities. No? I have heard it brought up on more than one occasion (not here).  Ron has had him in that role for the last few years. 

Maybe he needs to change it up but he has had an assistant in charge of clock and challenges.
