Beasley's option was picked up for some inexplicable reason by Quinn. At the time most people thought it was a terrible move. 

Obviously this season is down the tubes. They have maybe the worst defense in the league. But the Dolphins are intentionally trying to lose out and trading away some of their best players to facilitate it. 

If they're going Dolphins mode like they trade Matt Ryan to the Bears, and Julio Jones to the Patriots. 

That team could get better real fast next year depending on who ends up there. I can see a world where Mike Tomlin is fired and makes the Falcons competitive very fast.

I feel like Ron could get good production out of him but 1) we don’t really have a need and 2) the Falcons would never trade him to us unless we overpaid

I cant think of a spot to logically upgrade for this team under the confines of the cap. Left Offensive Guard, Wide Receiver 1, and Maybe Free Safety? I mean maybe we could have got Ramsey for Donte Jackson last week but thats a stretch too, DJax a lot cheaper.

Dont want to start a thread about it, but I heard something about AJ Green today and the Bengals--THAT would get me thinking Super Bowl.  He is 31 and makes about $12m.
