What is Kyle Allen’s ceiling?

What is Kyle Allen’s ceiling? It appears to me has improved each week on his bad tendencies. Obviously last week he saw things he hadn’t before.

As of right now, like andy dalton, wont win it for you and wont lose it for you.  That said, guys progress, that was essentially tom brady when he started as a full game manager.  If he continues to improve, who knows, but hes really good for a backup.

in all seriousness, it is way too early to tell, but I do not get the feeling he is going to be an elite talent.  He could probably be a decent starter but unless he addresses the deep ball, he is going to struggle at times.  Anything > 20 yards and he can't place the ball well at all.

That’s actually a really fair comparison imo. I think he can be better than Pennington based on how he’s shown he can take consistently take shots and remain calm in the pocket but they do seem similar players.

Not a huge arm but pretty accurate. Can make quick reads. Not a pro bowler but is capable of winning with a good team around him.
