It's just part of Ron's make-up. I don't know if it's loyalty or if it's comfort in the familiarity and known commodity. Probably a bit of both.

I don't necessarily buy that Rivera has any sort of aversion to hiring talented people.

I think it's more just that he has no idea how to recognize talented people.

McDermott is a much better defensive mind and his collaborations with Rivera were obviously lightyears better than what we have now.

I knew buffalo was going to be solid this year after they played us in the preseason, they just looked like a competent football team. Are they going to win the superbowl, most likely not, but they've been a playoff team all year
