Regardless of age or financial circumstance, players will play for him because he will take responsibility when he makes mistakes and will always be real with them because he’s a genuine guy.

You can tell already that he is a “I made a mistake” guy rather than a “missed opportunities” guy and that is the key difference. That is why he can lead a team. Age and money have nothing to do with it. Hold your men and yourself accountable and everyone will follow
