Absolutely not. Going to reboot? Start all over. I mean what the hell are you trying to do? It's just stupid. Keeping him is no better than Rivera keeping Washington as DC.

Get fresh eyes. Why keep him? Continuity? Stupid. I like most everything else about the rebuild, but it won't be the fresh start that is needed until you get someone else in here.

Is he really that good that you want to maintain that status quo? Prove it.

All you have to do is read the huddle to get your answer. It's been discussed constantly for the past month and a half.

Tepper has stated he will bring in someone. Why people panic every other day like this is funny.

Wait and see.

Or repeat yourselves over and over and over.

Look at it from Teppers point of view. He's got very little experience when it comes to the basic day to day football operations. He very clearly kept Marty as a guy he could lean on through this whole process. Aside from what people say Marty is a pretty likeable guy I seriously doubt he will have the final say on decisions when it comes to the rebuild of the roster and coaching staff. I'm sure he'll give his input and scouting expertise but that's really it. He was definitely leaned on a great deal with getting Matt Rhule in the building. Hes also experienced in the scouting department both college/professional. I'm sure we'll be adding a new GM/Assistant GM very soon. As long as Marty isn't throwing money/draft picks away hes relatively harmless.

Huddle put your big boy pants on and get ready. This place has wanted change so bad for years and here you go.

Luke would still be playing if Ron was the coach. Get ready for Cams departure as well.

Marty isn’t in control of many aspects of the rebuild.  However, he is staying on because Tepper is so enamored with his “eye for college talent.”  That signals we are going young and doing it quickly.  I for one want no part of him building a roster and hope we bring in several people to check him.  The late rounds of the draft are more important than ever.  We can’t have him missing on multiple picks.

Everybody is crying over Luke and cam and TD about how RR waisted their career well who drafted these guys..... MARTY HURNEY so with that being said yes I trust Marty in finding new replacements BUT it’s not like there is a bunch of Luke’s out there growing on trees, he was a special player.

Marty drafted those guys but that’s 3 guys over how many  years? The reason those guys do not have a ring or two is partially Hurney’s failure to add enough talent around them.

If you trust Hurney, what you are doing is focusing on the few talents he did acquire and overlooking his long list of failed picks/ moves.

    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
    • It was always a matter of time with Cam’s playing style and a shorter shelf life than passers that protect themselves. I suppose Cam could have still been playing in 2028 ten years after the hit took place, but he would need to have evolved as a quarterback and become more of a passer than the dual threat maestro he was. It’s sad because it makes us think of what could have been, but I do feel it was always a matter of time until all the hits took their toll.
