Just so we're all clear on how legit BR is, back in the day I wrote a column for them as a guest all about Jerry Richardson. I'm pretty sure it was on their site. May have been here. Don't remember really. Anyway, they reached out to me, having no idea of my background, to see if I wanted to write for them full time. So yeah, you can be pretty much anyone anywhere and write for BR.

To be fair, I have a BA in journalism and am a copywriter in the ad world ... but they didn't know that.

Sounds like we're gonna keep Cam and we just made a move to try to shore up his blindside.

I don't think we have any delusions of competing for a Super Bowl next year, but I don't think we're "tanking".

I honestly don't think we really have to tank next year. We are not going to be very good on one side of the ball whichever we choose. Or suck on both if we plug in a few players on both sides.

Rhule’s not a tanker, he’s a builder.  He’s going to put a bunch of young players out there and expect them to get better every week.  If they don’t meet his expectations, he’ll find someone who does.  He might have a folksy, mild manner public demeanor , but he’s very demanding on the field.
