It's really smart to clear that dead cap this year....it's really stupid to spend future money on Teddy.

It would be even smarter to deal or cut KK and outright cut Gano...we shall see.

With the amount of big hits Reid does, his decline will probably be more rapid than others.  This team needs guys with better coverage skills, the game is changing, and big hits aren't as beneficial with all the targeting penalties.

Am told that the Panthers starting safety tandem is expected to be Juston Burris (agreed to 2yr deal on Monday) and Tre Boston (3yrs) - and that was team’s targeted plan entering free agency. On Burris, staff pretty high on him and goes w Rhule wanting to find up-and-comers.
