Watching tape, those two guys are going to be a problem for other teams in a year or two.  Love, love, love how both play the game fast, both are ball hawks when the ball is in the air, and both will come up and put a hit on somebody. These two are going to be fun to watch.

We’ve basically have a 4-2-5 Nickel ready defense.  Seems that could basically be our base package.

Looks a lot better, especially with Burris and Chin changing in and out of SS and nickel. You might see Chin also playing some LB. There will be growing pains, but it will be entertaining to watch!

I like the new concept of getting better up front and in the secondary and just filling in at LB. Thats how u play good D now. Its good to have one all world LB and focus on other positions. No doubt Rivera staff would have walked away with at least 2 dropback LBs in this draft. I was tired of wasting picks on that position. Unless its and Luke or TD type talent its not worth it to me anymore.

After week 2 they were. Fins gave up back-to-back 50 burgers and a few stars wanted out, they got waaay better.

it honestly reminds me of the year we drafted bradberry, daryl worley, and zack sanchez and said fight it out and see if any of you are worth a damn. we got some good years out of the first two players. if we can have a similar hit rate here that would be amazing.
