Im really rooting for Teddy to shock a lot of so called fans. I always taught it was Cam everyone was hating on but now I see its the Panthers everyone hates and the fact that the Carolinas have a team. So if our own "fans" want to get in on the hating too when this team gets back to winning i hope thoughs types stay gone. I know this is a thing every year just had to get that off my chest..

Nah bro. It’s definitely Cam, read what some of the usual Panther haters are now writing about the patriots. The Panthers just aren’t a good football team at least on paper. They have the talent on offense to be decent but the defense is going to put us in a lot of shootouts and that’s never been Teddy’s game. Anyone who’s being objective will look at this roster and see one of the worst in the league primarily weighed down by the defensive side of the ball. Teddy is who he is, he’s going to make the right play. He won’t turn the ball over a lot, but he’s not going to carry a team that desperately needs carrying.

      This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.

      None of us think we're contenders this season but no reason we're doomed to 5 or 6 wins either. Dan has to have another 2025- like draft class and at least 2 key free agent signings. We're not Seattle but they don't win without 5 starters from their last 2 draft classes and Darnold and Lawrence in free agency.  Alas,  we'll have to wait one more season for a QB upgrade.
