I come here daily to laugh at most of the serious posters. You don't know any of the guys, how interviews went or what their actual job interactions are, but can say with all seriousness that this guy is or is not a good fit. Frankly, no one knows. He's been the director of college scouting since 2010 with a title change to co-director of player personnel coming in 2015 . Actually a very strong resume when you look at their draft history:

Not really excited. Super happy to have Marty officially gone with no possibility of parole but this one is underwhelming a bit.

At least without Ireland and Peters and Dodds (not sure about others), you felt like they had done some good drafting lately and not just with early 1st rounders.

Seattle’s drafts the last 5 years have been poo.

Not too surprising after Peters was eliminated and knowing how Carroll and Schneider run things.  It sounds similar to what Rhule wants.  I hope he pans out.
