People want Grier to be over the fire and fried like a hog here but he was a rookie and put in a fire , he’s still an unknown

Unfortunately, I think Grier is a known. When the Panthers started PJ Walker over him I think that’s all we needed to know about him. It would have been great if a 3rd round QB was the answer but I am pretty sure he is not.

I am starting to think Mac Jones is going to be the pick.  Forget the mobility--smarts trumps mobility.   Not sure I am happy about this, but I trust the experts who had the chance to work with him. for 3 days.

And I think we have been harsh on him..Bama QB curse?  Too many weapons?  Well, you could argue to the move is to draft a smart qb that needs protection and weaponry and give him protection and weaponry.

I just think that Rhule liked him, and he built a career on recognizing talent that was overlooked.  A guy who covered the SR Bowl said he thinks Jones could be the 4th QB taken.

I am not happy about this, and this is why I am still bitter about the Rivera victory in DC.  However, how many people had Josh Allen as the #1 QB in that draft--I had him at #4.  So I lack the confidence to act like I know.

I’m thinking the same thing. But not with our first rounder. We might get Sewell or Slater in the first, then Mac in the second round.

I’ve been very skeptical of Mac (I still am to be honest, but if they think he is worth it after coaching him for a week, who am I to say otherwise?). But, how different is he really from Tua? Mac got more size, Tua is slightly more mobile? On the other hand, not sure how impressed I am with Tua...

Get your point

however

1. Teddy didn’t drop from the sky. Rhule should have seen what he was on tape and said ,nnaaaahhh’.   He didn’t and know acts like he found out his significant other was cheating on him...and he is bitter and surprised about it...like he saw nothing and had no choice.   I hate coaches like that and he is running his mouth  too much about it.

2. Rhule the ‘culture guy’ brings in Haskins and offers a future contract and gets snubbed.  That totally smacked of desperation

3. Now, he  seemingly falls in love with a guy for  intangibles and smartness.  Maybe Jones is the next Peyton Manning, maybe he is the next of long line of failed drafted QBs  without the arm to compensate for the speed of defenses

4  the handling of Newton, not his fault either

I don’t know about Rhule but those are 4 red flags and we best ,hope that the new GM truly has input and a brain.

Too, seems to me the NFL is like poker...you don’t tell anyone what you are thinking when it comes to players on your roster

maybe Rhule is the next Pete Carol.  Maybe not.  I’m not sure either way

This may play into somewhat but it will ultimately boil down to opportunity.  They will have some options up their sleeve (I certainly hope so) to fall back on.  It just may not be the Huddle's choice.

Always funny when guys pick ranges like this to push a narrative. I’d argue the more recent data is more relevant than pre 2016.

To me the relevance is that there can be droughts. If you see a franchise QB, jump on it. If you see a franchise LT, jump on it. There are still options and sometimes the best option is still garbage. All that is huge.

It's going to be quite interesting come draft night.

I can absolutely see the Panthers picking Jones at 8.  Or trading down to like 12 to pick him and get another pick.  Or drafting the best OT on the board.  Or best skill player.  Or....well anyone else.

There are a lot of scenarios being played out, and one thing we all can recognize about the draft is that it never goes to plan.  There are crazy trades up and down, teams drafting 2nd rounders in the top 10, and the rise and fall of draft picks on the day of the draft...

You know what I see?  A bunch of teams who didn't protect their franchise QB.

Bradford, Newton, Luck, Griffin, Bridgewater, Wentz all have had injuries threaten or derail their career.  This is a cautionary tale.

Valid. Having that franchise guy doesn't solve everything if you don't build around him.

    • My father played Defensive End at Ohio State so naturally my kid is a huge Ohio State fan to go along with his being a huge Gamecock fan due to my ties to the school but last year he swore up and down we needed to draft Stroud number 1. I don't know if it was just being an Ohio State homer or what but he kept watching video after video of highlights and said Stroud was the future for us.  This past season he now claims we should have taken Rattler with one of our later round pics due to him saying he will be one of the huge steals of the draft and will be NFL ready within one season if it takes that. He said if Bryce busts completely we would have a future top QB to turn the team over to with Rattler taken in the fifth. From his prediction last year I'm starting to believe maybe they should hire him as a consultant for a few bucks a week. Hell, he is 13. They could pay him $50 a week for consulting and he would would think he is rich!
    • Yeah we know he is short blah blah blah. I don't have a ton of faith in Young to be the guy or the future but damn that joke is older than the why the chicken crossed the road.
    • Ultra Air Cooler The Ultra Air Cooler has a water tank that holds 550ml of water, this is then used to create the cooling effect. The air is cooled via evaporative cooling, which takes place when water absorbs warmness from the surrounding air, causing the water to evaporate and the air to chill.     OFFICIAL WEBSITE: https://besthealthtopic.com/ultra-air-cooler/   FACEBOOK : https://www.facebook.com/GetUltraAirCooler/ https://www.facebook.com/UltraAirCoolerCanada/ https://www.facebook.com/people/Ultra-Air-Cooler-Revolutionary-Cooling-Solutions/61559701024589/ https://www.facebook.com/people/Ultra-Air-Cooler-Canada-USA-Reviews-Ultra-Air-Cooler-Portable/100093713934891/   JIMDOSITE : https://ultra-air-cooler.jimdosite.com/ https://ultraaircooler.jimdosite.com/   READ MORE : https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-shocking-truth-ultra-air-review-don-t-wa https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-review-are-the-complaints-about-this-portable-co https://ultraaircooler-f5e8c4.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-reviews-f97f60.webflow.io/ https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/eb6230ee-6c21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://uoc-sandbox.powerappsportals.us/en-US/forums/general-discussion/57879f48-6d21-ef11-a296-001dd8095c57 https://ultra-air-cooler-offer.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-price-256e00.webflow.io/ https://medium.com/@ultraaircoolerusa/ultra-air-cooler-72bd02d61dc3 https://zenodo.org/records/11437921 https://aaltodatarequest.microsoftcrmportals.com/en-US/forums/general-discussion/7091849c-6621-ef11-a81c-6045bddd9c49 https://exclusiondev.dynamics365portals.us/forums/general-discussion/94b5af1c-6721-ef11-a296-001dd8097855 https://narede.clicrbs.com.br/articles/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-update-may-2024-customer-truth-exposed https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-hidden-dangers-exposed https://granadinistas.ideal.es/news/ultra-air-cooler-reviews-update-may-2024-customer-truth-exposed https://uoc-sandbox.powerappsportals.us/en-US/forums/general-discussion/09819a9f-6921-ef11-a296-001dd8095c57 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/35523072-6c21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ocsheriff.dynamics365portals.us/forums/general-discussion/aaa65bfb-6b21-ef11-a295-001dd804e445 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/77c0c55d-6d21-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ultra-air-cooler-canada.company.site/ https://chillwell-portable-ac-ca.company.site/ https://medium.com/@ultraaircoolerca/ultra-air-cooler-canada-3d7ccc45ae55 https://ultra-air-cooler-canada.webflow.io/ https://ultra-air-cooler-canada-reviews.webflow.io/ https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/aa778571-ca18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/b6a87b4d-cc18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://ultra-air-cooler-canada-reviews.company.site/ https://thecontingent.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/87ba487f-c818-ef11-9899-6045bd0a3f12 https://thecontingent.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/01664b21-ca18-ef11-9899-6045bd0a3f12 https://nycourts-dev.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/dfd1ce15-ca18-ef11-a73d-001dd809778b https://mec.high.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/ba53d003-cd18-ef11-a73d-001dd801df76 https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/2aae6e01-ce18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c https://nycourts-dev.powerappsportals.us/forums/general-discussion/c52724c7-ce18-ef11-a73d-001dd809778b https://remed.microsoftcrmportals.com/forums/general-discussion/09769e0e-cf18-ef11-a81c-0022487f966c   RELATED TAGS: #UltraAirCooler #UltraAirCoolerUnitedStates #UltraAirCoolerOrder #UltraAirCooler2024 #UltraAirCoolerReviews #UltraAirCoolerReview #UltraAirCoolerOffer #UltraAirCoolerTrial #UltraAirCoolerWebsite #UltraAirCoolerPrice #UltraAirCoolerIngredients #UltraAirCoolerBenefits #UltraAirCoolerPrice #UltraAirCoolerFree #UltraAirCoolerToBuy #UltraAirCoolerCost #UltraAirCoolerStore #UltraAirCoolerBuyNow
