every year it’s the same for Bama. The problem is most Bama guys just don’t pan out in the NFL.

Their QBs, and DBs tend to fall into that trend, the WR / OL / DL / LB / HB tend to translate over consistently overall -- You could include their S's as well in most cases regarding some NFL success.

They get beat up.  You can blame some of that to the SEC and who they play, but the way I have always heard it most of their players get beat up in practice more than they do in the games.  Then they get to the NFL and they are just not the same player anymore.  Not all of them, but alot are like that.

I'm a little late on this as I was out to lunch and a walk in the park with the fam but the Minshew market is certainly heating up as there are a couple of teams that have made an offer to Jacksonville for him.

Also, when I asked my guy about Sam Darnold he said "No one has literally any idea lol"

So that's nice.

Was coming in here to ask what you thought about Oweh sneaking into the 1st round now, but you're already ahead of it

I knew that he was gonna measure well, but lawd almighty 😮

Yeah that is insane. Same with Parsons, we were expecting like 4.46 for Parsons.

I admit to you being more in the know than I, but in the past pro day forty times have been about a tenth of a second off in favor of the players due to the fact they aren't electronically timed. Does this still hold true?

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
