We drafted players to fix our weak areas. We couldn't get off the field on 3rd downs, we draft the best CB. We had problems in the red zone, we draft Marshall. Can we stop all the bitching now?

This is 100% the Anderson replacement. Honestly he's going to push Anderson for #2 by the end of the season he was money late in 2019 and a star on a poo LSU team before he got hurt.

I' much higher on him than the 2 Moore's picked in the 2nd this year. He was my target at 39 outside Jenkins. So to get extra picks and marshall I'm good. 

 

Also we struggled bin the redzone last year's this is a place he shines. So give Darnold a guy you can trust on a jump ball that has the box out size and leaping ability bro go over guys.

So, we grab a guy out of LSU that Joe Brady is familiar with. A guy that has injury problems, including foot stress fracture issue that may or may not have come back up again in his final season. 

We play the Greg Olsen waiting game with a WR's foot while we could have picked literally any other position where there was more need? 

I guess, if anything, he'll have a lot in common with the walking wounded free agents we picked up this offseason while they are hanging out in the trainers' room.

To ease some minds, our problems going deep wasn't because of the oline last year. With a QB that could throw deep, we would've won more games and possibly be in the playoffs even with that line. Also, the draft isn't over.

Backup DE back in the early 2000s.. he and Al Wallace were the depth.
