Teddy, we don’t reach over the goal line. Especially in Green Bay.

If it were left up to Teddy I’m sure he wouldn’t have dialed up the “reach over the goal line” play either.

I am shocked 😐

Still waiting to see what the "strong plan" is. Speculation was that they renegotiate his deal to spread out the cap hit over both years.

Guess we'll see.

no reason that can't still happen.

And how long is old Joe going to be here? Joe gone as so as a team comes calling with a HC gig.

Don't know, but as long as he is here right now, it would be pretty stupid to take a quarterback that doesn't fit his system.

Insiders have said several times that the team wasn't very high on Lance.

Their thought was that he doesn't fit Joe Brady's system.

Choosing not to draft a QB who you think could be a franchise guy because he doesn’t fit an OC’s system is asinine. A franchise QB will be here for 10+ years. OC is a revolving door.

Would it make sense to draft a great zone corner if you're running a man based system? Ditto drafting a 4-3 defensive end when you're running a 3-4 defense.

Drafting a guy who can't run your offense wouldn't exactly be a quick path to a head coaching job. Not only are you not going to look good, but neither are they.

It's not about promotion though. It's about winning. And when you're trying to win, you pick up players that suit what you do.

Doing otherwise would be crazy.
