Lol. You sound like that impatient little kid. Neither one of you noticed the tall wall pads that rush in and stop and that’s when he rolls out and throws. I’m not an NFL coach but that sure looks like a drill to simulate having a breakdown in blocking and roll out and read the field really quickly. The pads sure look like they are trying to blind him so to speak so he has to read quick when he jumps out of the pocket.

I was being playful. Didn’t land well in retrospective.

Correct, that’s what the drill is. It’s simulating him not having the room to climb the pocket and make a throw.

Rolling out is not the expected resort, but it’s an option.

why you hatin? you sound like someone who is pissed your crush is dating someone else.

I was being facetious to all of the T-Law haters. Looking back I could have done a better job portraying that but I wrote it while multitasking at work.

Bro, Urban Meyer coaching and Jacksonville. Won't happen unless they make a splash hire after Meyer gets canned. He may torpedo them to the point that is an even more uphill battle.

Will miss practices against the Panthers next week and then some.

This is why I think the era of running/mobile qb's in the NFL may be on the chopping block.  Dude took a ton of hits his rookie and soph seasons and now cannot stay healthy.  I think all of the hits add up over time.  It probably affects players differently but they all add to the toll.  You cannot take those brutal shots like he did (and Cam as well) and not expect to have major repercussions from it.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
