Except leads can and do evaporate, especially when the our offense can't match the scores of the opponent.  I'm not expecting our defense to shut out teams in the second half, but I'm also not expecting our offense to lay an egg either.

Great idea, Rhule. Deflect the blame from your poo QB and shift it to your defense that dominated most of the game. I'm sure they feel great about constantly having to carry the offense through games.

I think in today's NFL if the defense keeps a team to 20 or less the offense should win it for you.

The D was getting it done, the eagles had one good drive where they did not start on a short field. 

This is beyond pathetic to blame the D. The O and ST lost this game. 

The way our D played our O only needed to compliment them and we score 30-40 points.

Hes not blaming the D, he's blaming the team as a whole.  it was a team loss... dont single any unit out.

Playing conservative and punting at midfield before the half was some Rivera poo. The defense had shut the Eagles down up to that point.

I was watching the Chargers game and to see their coaches be aggressive to have the Browns on their toes makes me alittle jealous.  I’m certainly not a fan on the play calling and Sam leaves much to be desired . Our defense had back to back turnovers while our offense went lame and couldn’t capitalize on it.
